**Update: August 7, 2024** As of today, August 7, 2024, the offsite landlord manager, Lianna Girgorian, continues to harass me. They unfairly filed an eviction, lying to the court by stating they served me, which they never did. To avoid living in a hostile environment with lazy property management from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC ., who ignored my concerns and accused me of making loud noises, I decided to leave.
