Neighbor Makes Loud Noise All the Time

1030 N Oxford Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90029

Dealing with a neighbor who consistently makes loud noise can be frustrating and impact your quality of life. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue:

1. Document the Noise: Keep a record of the specific instances of loud noise, noting the date, time, and duration of each occurrence. This documentation will provide evidence of the ongoing disturbance.

2. Communicate with the Neighbor: Approach your neighbor in a polite and respectful manner to discuss the issue. Share your concerns and how the noise is affecting you. They may not be aware of the impact their activities have on you. It’s possible that a friendly conversation can lead to a resolution.

3. Explore Local Noise Regulations: Familiarize yourself with the noise regulations in your area. Check if there are specific hours during which excessive noise is prohibited. Knowing the local laws will help you determine if your neighbor’s noise is violating any regulations.

4. Contact the Property Management or Landlord: If you live in a rental property, reach out to the property management or landlord. Share your concerns, provide them with the documented instances of noise, and ask them to address the issue with your neighbor. They have a responsibility to ensure a peaceful living environment for all tenants.

5. Mediation: In some cases, it may be helpful to involve a neutral third party, such as a mediator, to facilitate a conversation between you and your neighbor. Mediation can provide a structured platform for open communication and finding a mutually agreeable solution.

6. Involving Local Authorities: If all other attempts fail and the noise continues to disrupt your daily life, you may need to involve local authorities. Check with your local police department or noise control agency to report the ongoing disturbance and provide them with your documented evidence.

Remember to prioritize your safety and well-being throughout the process. Each situation is unique, and the appropriate course of action may vary. By taking steps to address the issue, you are asserting your right to a peaceful living environment.

Your Management & Real Estate Group Inc Google Review

🚨 Horrible Experience with Your Management & Real Estate Group, Inc. – Now Suing Them! 🚨 If you’re considering renting from Your Management & Real Estate Group, Inc., RUN THE OTHER WAY. My experience with them has been a complete disaster, and I am now in the process of suing them for their blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Here’s the mess I’ve had to deal with: 1. Wrongful Withholding of Security Deposit: I vacated the property at 1030 N Oxford Ave, Apt. 9, Los Angeles, CA on September 23, 2023, leaving the unit spotless and undamaged. Despite this, they’ve refused to return my $1,800 security deposit. 😡 2. Mismanagement of HACLA Payments: They wrongfully accepted a Section 8 payment of $1,695 for October 2023, even though I had already moved out. This is theft, plain and simple. 💸 3. Failure to Pay Cleaning Fees: They agreed to cover $300 in cleaning costs but failed to reimburse me. 👎 4. Hostile Living Conditions: During my time there, I faced harassment and dis...

**Update: August 7, 2024** As of today, August 7, 2024, the offsite landlord manager, Lianna Girgorian, continues to harass me. They unfairly filed an eviction, lying to the court by stating they served me, which they never did. To avoid living in a hostile environment with lazy property management from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC ., who ignored my concerns and accused me of making loud noises, I decided to leave.  Their unethical lawyer, Isaacs Barak , did not follow court procedures and lied in the eviction filing at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Due to the continuous harassment and retaliation from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC., which worsened my health, I moved out on September 23, 2023, from 1030 N Oxford Ave #9, Los Angeles, CA 90029. I cleaned the apartment and left the keys and parking remote inside, notifying both the management and their lawyer. I also left a notice for the LA County Sheriff on the apartment door and inside the apartment. Despite t...
