Tenant Harassment Continues at 1030 N Oxford Avenue

**Update: August 7, 2024**

As of today, August 7, 2024, the offsite landlord manager, Lianna Girgorian, continues to harass me. They unfairly filed an eviction, lying to the court by stating they served me, which they never did. To avoid living in a hostile environment with lazy property management from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC., who ignored my concerns and accused me of making loud noises, I decided to leave.

Their unethical lawyer, Isaacs Barak, did not follow court procedures and lied in the eviction filing at Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

Due to the continuous harassment and retaliation from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC., which worsened my health, I moved out on September 23, 2023, from 1030 N Oxford Ave #9, Los Angeles, CA 90029. I cleaned the apartment and left the keys and parking remote inside, notifying both the management and their lawyer. I also left a notice for the LA County Sheriff on the apartment door and inside the apartment.

Despite this, YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC. kept my $1800 security deposit, falsely accusing me of destroying the apartment. I sent them a letter provided by the LA County Department of Consumer Affairs requesting my security deposit back. Additionally, they kept HACLA Section 8 money paid mistakenly for October 2023. I requested the return of my security deposit and the HACLA money, but they ignored my request. Instead, on August 2, 2024, I received a collection letter from Hunter Warfield and a call from their representative, to whom I disputed the invalid debt and requested verification.

YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC. still has my unit empty, along with units 11 and 2, which belong to some of the complainers about the noise. I had hoped to move on, but now, facing their unjust claims, I will challenge this matter in court.

Future tenants, beware of doing business with the dishonest and unprofessional YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC. They are not here to contribute to our community but to exploit people. They owe me an additional $300 for cleaning the unit in April and June 2022, which was never paid. While I hoped to avoid further hassle, their continued pursuit of false claims compels me to defend myself and expose their wrongdoings.
