 Hakoub A Shirvanian and Hermine B Shirvanian not sure if you know how to manage your building 1030 N Oxford Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90029.  Not sure if you aware but your current property management does not want to do their job. They have mismanaged your building Building that is getting destroyed by your tenants including people around your building because they do not believe in Law and Order! Your property company has taken a side and been unfairly pushing out a disable tenant which is under section 8. 

The point here is that they need to stop because is affecting the offender and the rest of your tenants.  Your building is bern damaged from your tenants and outside people.  

Perhaps you sale like that too or don’t share any profit the  lazy property manager who are dishonest.

🚨 Horrible Experience with Your Management & Real Estate Group, Inc. – Now Suing Them! 🚨 If you’re considering renting from Your Management & Real Estate Group, Inc., RUN THE OTHER WAY. My experience with them has been a complete disaster, and I am now in the process of suing them for their blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Here’s the mess I’ve had to deal with: 1. Tenant Harassment Continues at 1030 N Oxford Avenue

**Update: August 7, 2024** As of today, August 7, 2024, the offsite landlord manager, Lianna Girgorian, continues to harass me. They unfairly filed an eviction, lying to the court by stating they served me, which they never did. To avoid living in a hostile environment with lazy property management from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC ., who ignored my concerns and accused me of making loud noises, I decided to leave.  Their unethical lawyer, Isaacs Barak , did not follow court procedures and lied in the eviction filing at Stanley Mosk Courthouse.
