  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE LOS ANGELES  -  Aug. 26, 2024  - Esteban Escobar has filed a small claims lawsuit against Your Management & Real Estate Group, Inc. and Lianna Grigorian, alleging wrongful withholding of his security deposit, mismanagement of HACLA Section 8 payments, and non-payment of agreed-upon cleaning fees. The lawsuit pertains to the property located at 1030 N Oxford Ave Apt. 9, Los Angeles, CA 90029. Escobar, who vacated the property on September 23, 2023, claims that despite leaving the unit in a clean and undamaged condition, the defendants have refused to return his $1,800 security deposit. Additionally, Escobar asserts that the defendants wrongfully accepted a payment of $1,695 from the HACLA Section 8 program for October 2023, even though he no longer resided at the property. **Update: August 7, 2024** As of today, August 7, 2024, the offsite landlord manager, Lianna Girgorian, continues to harass me. They unfairly filed an eviction, lying to the court by stating they served me, which they never did. To avoid living in a hostile environment with lazy property management from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC ., who ignored my concerns and accused me of making loud noises, I decided to leave.  Their unethical lawyer, Isaacs Barak , did not follow court procedures and lied in the eviction filing at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Due to the continuous harassment and retaliation from YOUR MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE GROUP, INC., which worsened my health, I moved out on September 23, 2023, from 1030 N Oxford Ave #9, Los Angeles, CA 90029.
